Meghan, originally from Daisy, Maryland, grew up with animals. From the time she was four-years-old, she was raising (and often training) pigs, goats, horses & sheep… as well as dogs, cats, birds, fish and many other little critters that found their way into her heart. She moved to Los Angeles in 1996, at which point she realized that having her own domestic animals just wasn’t enough. So, among other things, she volunteered as an animal keeper in the reptile house at the LA Zoo where she worked with many rare and exotic animals. Most recently she worked for Bon Ami - a pet sitting company in Silverlake that specializes in rescues and difficult dogs.
